Document Description
The proposed project is a Master Plan providing for office, residential, commerical and parking uses. The proposed office building would be a mixed-use development containing an approximately 550,000 gross square foot commerical office building, with between 20,000 and 30,000 gross square feet of first-floor retail space. The project would also include approximately 1,000 to 1,650 parking spaces. The parking garage could be a stand-alone structure or a 1- to 2-level underground structure with the remaining area to be open structured parking below the office building.
