Document Description
The proposed project consists of 121 detached single-family dwelling and a neighborhood park developed on 81.12 acres of vacant land owned by General Holdings, Inc. The minimum proposed parcel size is 6,000 square feet with a maximum parcel size of 173,200 square feet. The average lot size is 13,644 square feet. The net density is 3.18 units per acre. The project plan also includes 31.7 acres of common open space, 4.3 acres of park, and 7.0 acres of streets and emergency vehicle access. The site is currently undeveloped and is defined by gently sloping terrain. Development of the site for residential, neighborhood, recreational and open space is consistent with the General Plan.
