Document Description
Proposal to create fifteen single family residential parcels and a remainder parcel, and construct fifteen single-family homes on two parcels where a single family dwelling and a convalescent home are now located. The existing single family home and convalescent home would be located on the remainder parcel. The proposal requires a Subdivision and a Roadway/Roadside Exception to reduce a portion of the proposed Muriel Drive extension right-of-way from 56 feet to 50 feet and eliminate a sidewalk and reduce the width of a landscape strip in that location. The project is located on the west side of Mattison Lane, about 520 feet north of the intersection of Maciel Avenue and Mattison Lane, between Mattison Lane and Muriel Drive.
