Document Description
A tentative map subdivision to subdivide the parcel consisting of APN's 215-271-01 and 215-271-32 into two parcels of approximately five (5) acres each. The parcel is currently developed with two single family residence that are served by on-site septic system and water. The proposed subdivision will result in the two residence being on separate parcels. An exception for a 25 foot wide right of way to serve proposed Parcel 2 instead of a 40 feet wide right of way. The project also involves on and off-site road improvements in order to meet the emergency vehicles access standards of the County's Fire Safe and Subdivision Regulations.
