Document Description
The proposed project would be located adjacent to the County Administration Center. The proposed project would replace and relocate the existing DOJ Santa Rosa lab facility that is no longer sufficient to accommodate necessary personnel and emergency equipment. The proposed facility would be approximately 14,645 gross square feet. The building would be a single story structure and would house a staff of approximately 10. It would have 20 secured parking spaces for employees and state vehicles and 4 unsecured spaces for visitor parking and drop-off.
