The proposed interceptor will be located within the Clear Creek Regional Wastewater boundary. The interceptor's limits are Butte Streeet at the north and the Cleat Creek Wastewater Treatment Plant(CCWWTP) at the south end. Phase 1 of the project begins at Locust Ave. and ends near Girvan Road. Phase 2 begins at the intersection of Butte and Continental Streets and ends where Phase 1 began in Locust Ave. Phase 3 bgins on Girvan Road at the end of Phase 1 and continues south to the CCWWTP.
