Document Description
The proposed project is construction of a two-to five-story building with approximately 168 residential units, about 4,000 square feet of retail space, approximately 34,500 square feet of grocery store space (including liquor, beer and wine sales), and a parking garage for approximately 323 independently accessible self-park spaces occupying approximately 117,000 square feet. The height of the building would vary, from about 52 1/2 feet at the corner of 17th Street and Kansas Street to about 16 1/2 feet at the corner of Kansas Street and Mariposa Street. The site would be rezoned from M-1 to NC-3 (Moderate-Scale Neighborhood Commercial) and Grocery Store SUD would be created.
