Document Description
This project proposes the division of 36.3 acres into 7 parcels ranging in size from 3 to 7.5 acres on property located between Butte Mountain Road and Clinton Road, about 2 miles east of the City of Jackson in Amador County. A zone change from "RIA" to "RIA-B5," Single Family Residential and Agricultural District with combining district not allowing any further divisions of land is also proposed to allow population density averaging (to allow two parcels to be less than 5 acres in size but the project to be overall 5 acres average density).
