Document Description
The project would locate 10 townhomes in three seperate grouping on a 1.14 acre site located on Kirkwood Meadows Drive within the Kirkwood Resort area. The site has an average slope of 13%, with stands of Jeffery Pine and native grasses. A small wetland area occupies approximately one-half of the northwestern quarter of the site. This wetland area connects to a larger wetland complex located within the large meadow area in the center of the Kirkwood Resort area.
