The industrial park is intended as a mixed use facility developed to accommodate a variety of tenants which may include the following: research and development facilities including software development, electronics design and development, engineering and design services, data processing and computer design and interest services; light manufacturing, assembly, processing and testing facilities; services commercial uses such as copying, printing, blueprint and film processing, office equipment sales and service, contractor's shops, soils and environmental engineering services, surveyor's office, and medical equipment rentals; warehouse and shipping facilities; wholesale sales and distrubution facilities; and ancillary business and operations offices associated with light industrial uses, ancillary food services (up to 50 square feet) and ancillary business and operations offices associated with light industrial uses, ancillary food (up to 500 square feet) and ancillary child care facilities. This proposal requires a Commercial Development Permit.
