Document Description
Yuba County is working with Caltrans and the Federal Highway Administration to construct a new interchange on State Route 70 to replace the existing at-grade intersection of Plumas-Arboga Road with State Route 70. The proposed project consists of a Modified L-2 interchange configuration designed tobe expandable to an L-9 configuration. The extimated cost of the project is $20.7 million. Construction would begin in 2001.
