Document Description
This project consist of amending Timberland Conversion Permit # 99-450 to add 0.9 acres to the project and issuing an amended Timberland Conversion Permit. The 0.9-acre was part of a property line issue that is now settled. The Amended Timberland Conversion Permit is exempt from Forest Practice tree stocking requirements on 0.9 acres of Site III timberland, following the removal of forest growth for development of a vineyard. Planting is confined to slopes less that 24%. The applicant shall comply with the requirements of the Sonoma County Vineyard Erosion and Sedimentation Control Ordinance prior to commencement of any vineyard site preparation.
