(1) request to convert an existing micro-brewery to a winery producing up to 180,000 cases annually including: a) a 12,5000 square foot addition to the existing process building, b) 28,000 square foot case goods and barrel storage building, c) 10,000 square feet of tank pads behind the process building, d) approximately 12,000 square feet of tank pad/crush area to the east of the process building, e) two new wastewater treatment ponds along Highway 12, and f) tours, tasting, and retail sales plus up to 24 special events annually; and (2) request for a lot line adjustment between the 19.6 acre winery parcel and the adjoining 40 acre parcel (an equal exchange of 1.64 acres) to allow construction of the proposed facilities.
