The proposed project consists of installation of a new filter at an existing well (Woodrow Well) located south of Laguna Boulevard adjacent to the Union Pacific railroad tracks in order to remove iron, manganese and arsenic from groundwater that is pumped from the well to the Dwight Road Facility. The project also includes installation of site improvements, pumping equipment and controls at the off-site well and 2,300 linear feet of 18-inch diameter raw water pipeline between the well and the Dwight Road Facility.
