Document Description
A conditional use permit is requested to construct and operate a 46-unit motel on a 1.49 acre parcel. Four buildings are proposed with a total floor space of 19,21 sq. ft.: 2 two-story bldgs, of 5,280 sq. ft. of floor space and 16 units each; 1 3-story bldg of 7,050 sq. ft. of floor space, 14 units, and 1 two-story bldg. of 1,600 sq. ft. with an office and manager's unit. The buildings will be constructed on existing foundations. Access will be provided by an existing driveway encroachment onto State Highway 267.
