On December 14, 1999, the U.S. Bureau of Reclamation petitioned the State Water Resources Control Board for a Temporary Urgency Change of Reclamation Applications 5626, et al., pursuant to Water Code section 1435. The change would add the State Water Project's Harvey O. Banks Pumping Plant as an additional point of diversion and rediversion under Reclamation's water right permits for the Central Valley Project.
