Document Description
The basic intent of the proposed plan amendment is to facilitate the economic growth and development of the project area through tax increment revenues, installation of improvements, removal of blighting conditions, and increse overall community economic activity. The project area covered by the Redevelopment Plan is being expanded to include additional parts of the downtown (Central Business District), to amend financial and term limitations and to add major capital projects.
