Document Description
The proposed project entails the adoption of an amendment to the Village Redevelopment Plan in accordance with the standards of the California Community Redevelopment Law (CRL), Health and Safety Code Section 33000, et seq. The Plan Amendment would add 329 acres to the existing Village Redevelopment Project Area which encompasses 214 acres. The 329-acres Plan Amendment Area includes 232 acres of the existing Foothill Project Area and 97 acres of new area not previously in a redevelopment area. Environmental Impact Reports (EIRs) have been approved previously for the Village Project Area and the Foothill Project Area.
