Document Description
California Department of Fish and Game is executing a lake and streambed alteration agreement (SAA#6-2001-75) pursuant to section 1603 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, SunCal. The applicant proposes to develop 588 residential lots on 472 of 978 total acres with a minimum lot size of 20,000 square feet and a minimum pad size of 12,000 square feet; the overall density is proposed at 0.6 per acre; the plan has adapted grading to maximize the site's unique geographic features, which will minimize the hillside development impacts by limiting development to the most developable regions of the site and leaving the rest of the property as open space.
