Document Description
The Norco Ridgeline Ranch Specific Plan is a proposed low-density, equestrian-oriented, animal keeping residential development. The project proposes 589 residential lots on 975 acres, with a minimum lot size of 20,000 square feet. The overall density of the project is a 0.6 dwelling units per acre. In addition, a 14 acre elementary school site and a 9-acre expansion of the City's largest equestrian park are proposed. Of the total project, 390 acres is proposed for dedicated as open space to the City of Norco.
