Document Description
CDFG is intending to execute a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement (SA R5-2002-0142) pursuant to Section 1603 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Sycamore Estates, LLC. The applicant proposes to alter the satreambed to develop the Sycamore Estates residential community. To construct the Sycamore Estates Subdivision, a total of 14.9 million cubic yards of earth will be graded on 590 acres of the 2,132 acre site. The subdivision will include 557 single-family residences, 106 multi-family units, associated infrastructure including an elementary school and neighborhood park, and 11 open space lots totaling 1,498.6 acres. Jurisdictional vegetation communities onsite include mulefat scrub (0.06 acres) and unvegetated stream (2.52 acres). The project is located in the City of San Diego, San Diego County.
