Document Description
The Califonia Department of Fish and Game is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement pursuant to Section 1601 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, East Valley Water District. The applicant proposes to relocate an older reservoir, which has been determined to be sitting on a subfault, and construction of a new reservoir, which will result in the grading of a new site, the improvement and extension of an existing dirt access road, and installation of underground pipelines and other equipment. Installation of the proposed pipeline is anticipated to affect a approximately 80 foot wide by 120 foot long area, which will be backfilled and a 16-foot wide gravel access road will be constructed atop the underground pipe to accommodate any drainage flows that might occur, the roadbed will be elevated and drainage culverts installed.
