Design and construction of one (1) additional sewage treatment pond at the City of McFarland Sewage Treatment Plant. Construction of the additional lagoon will expand the wastewater treatment capacity from .8 MGD to 1.1 MGD. The expansion is necessary to accommodate existing demand and to ensure compliance with requirements of the State of California Regional Water Quality Control Board.
