Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Streambed Alteration Agreement number EPIMS-SLO-19001-R4, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, the California Department of Transportation. The Project includes activities related to the construction of two new double bridges, north of the existing SR 46 alignment and the replacement of an existing culvert at Post Mile 57.8. The Project also involves the removal of two existing culvert systems at Post Mile 55.06 and Post Mile 56.04, and restoration of the streams. This Major Amendment No. 2 amends the Streambed Alteration Agreement to include bridge falsework in the channel, nightwork, changes in the timing of activities, and changes in Administrative Measures and Avoidance and Minimization Measures.
