The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Streambed Alteration Agreement number EPIMS SLO-25153-R4, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the Project Applicant, California Department of Transportation (Caltrans). The Project involves habitat enhancement and restoration activities within two separate reaches of Centennial Creek, the removal and replacement of an undersized culvert system, and the removal of a defunct culvert system.
