Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (Department) is executing a Streambed Alteration Agreement pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the Project applicant, California Department of Transportation. The applicant proposes to relocate Southern California Gas and Philips 66 utilities via horizontal directional drilling under Chloame Creek and an unnamed drainage in advance of the widening of SR 46 from two lanes to four lines at these locations.
