Document Description
A General Plan Amendment, Local Coastal Program Amendment and Zone Change to change the land use designation from RL to RLM and OS and zoning from L-C to R-1-Q and OS. The project consists of a tentative map and coastal development permit for a residential subdivision consisting of 23 standard single family lots and one open space lot on 24.38 gross acres. The project would require utilization of previously deed restricted non-constrained open space in exchange for the preservation of developable acreage that would widen a north-south habitat corridor identified as Linkage Area F by the City's Habitat Management Plan. The project is located south of Palomar Airport Road, north of Cobblestone Road, and east of Aviara Parkway in the southwest quadrant and Local Facilities Management Zone 20.
