The project consist of : 1) a 665 sq.ft. hand car wash vacuum area and a 180 sq. ft. detail canopy @ the rear of the existing convenience store bldg, 2) a 600 sq. ft. trellis for the seating area that abuts the northern side of the bldg., and 3) a new 8 sq. ft. car wash sign that will be attached to the existing monument sign. The hours of operation will be from 8:00 a.m.- 6:00 p.m. everyday.
