Document Description
The proposed project is a new 30,000 square foot elementary school located between Kornblum Avenue and Yukon Avenue south of 139th Street in the City of Hawthorne. The school would serve up to 650 students grades K-5. A Total of up to 45 employees would occupy the site from 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Student hours would be from approximately 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. The primary entrance would be from Kornblum Avenue.
