Document Description
This project proposes to amend existing Specific Plan No. 301, which is 153 acres in size and consists of 104.5 residential acres (permitted for up to 484 dwellings units (du), 20 acres for a school, 10.5 acres of parks and greenbelts, 14 acres of roads, and 4.5 acres of commercial and daycare use. Amendment No. 1 to Specific Plan No. 301 proposes to increase the overall size of the Specific Plan to 1,548.3 acres and the use as follows: 4,200 residential dwellings units (du) on 929.4 total acres; 21.2 acres of community; 11.6 acres of commercial/transit hub; 48.8 acres of parks; 4.1 acres for a swim club and lake parking; 190.0 acres for a golfcourse/club house; 40.7 acres of elementary (K-8) schools; 40.0 acres for high schools; 55.2 acres of open space (including 40.5 acres for detention basins and flood control purposes); 91.7 acres of greenbelt/roadway paseos/lake, and; 115.6 acres of major roads.
