Specific Plan No. 320 is a proposal consisting of 985.2 total acres. Within the specific plan of land use proposal, 503.5 acres are proposed to be designated as residential with the following densities: 29.3 acres of 1/2 acre lots with a maximum of 38 dwelling units, 65.1 acres of 8,000 square foot lots with a maximum of 189 dwelling units, 177.3 acres of 7,200 square foot lots for a maximum of 585 dwelling units, 162.8 acres of 6,000 square foot lots for a maximum of 635 dwelling units, and 69.0 acres of 5,000 square foot lots with a maximum of 331 dwelling units. In addition, the specific plan also has the following designations: 15.7 acres of Commercial uses; 10.2 acres for a school site; 12.9 acres for a park site; 46.0 acres for a linear park site, 395.3 acres of Open Space; and 37.6 acres devoted to a major road rights-of-way.
