Document Description
This is an application for a modification to Minor Use Permit ZAP 95-004 for an existing unmanned cellular facility. The proposed modification consists of adding (2) two equipment cabinets totaling 2.4 square feet and (1) one previously approved GPS antenna. The existing facility consists of three omni-directional cellular antennas mounted on a 40 foot high pole, a self contained equipment box, and connecting tables.
