The proposed project includes the following entitlement request: 1) A Community Plan Amendment and corresponding Rezone for 71 +/- acres from AR-5 to AR-1. 2) A Tentative Subdivision Map to divide 71 +/- acres into 71 single family lots and 3 landscape corridor lots in the AR-1 land use zone. 3) A Special Development Permit to reduce the minimum lot area from one (1) gross acre to a minimum of 0.75 +/- acre; and allow the development to be served by private streets.
