THE OPERATOR PROPOSES TO CONSTRUCT A 40-LOT SUBDIVISION, IMPACTING 250 SQUARE FEETG OF STREAM TEMPORARILY, AND MITIGATING WITH ON-SITE ENHANCEMENT OF A 0.35-ACRE REPARIAN AREA. THE PROJECT IS LOCATED IN THE CITY OF VISTA, EAST OF EAST VISTA WAY BETWEEN DOUGLAS DRIVE AND EAST TAYLOR STREET IN SAN DIEGO COUNTY.
