The proposed project scope of work is as follows:
- Provide standard shoulders from 0.25 km south of Marshall Road to 0.02 km north of North Linden Road.
- Re-stripe the existing configuration on eastbound North Linden Road.
- Construct an acceleration lane on northbound SR 84 between North Linden Road and Lake Washington Boulevard.
- Upgrade Marshall Road and Higgins Road intersections.
