Authorization to enter into a license agreement for the continued operation and maintenance of existing roads and trails on portions of Conservancy-owned property in the Dollar Creek Watershed. Approval of this license will allow the continued use of these roads and trails for cross-country skiing, hiking and other similar recreational purposes. Approval of license will not result in an increase in the use or extent of these trails and roads.
