Document Description
Project consists of installation of a PVC electrical conduit in order to conduct water quality and flow quantity measurements within the Talbot Channel at Huntington State Beach. A light pole will be converted from 220 volts to 110 volts and a line will run from that pole to the bridge structure above Talbot Channel (approximately 60 feet). The conduit will come up the side of the bridge and along the outside of the safety fence for approximately 160 feet and terminate in a wooden box within a chainlink cage. Where it runs underground it will be buried approximately 18 inches deep through a planter. No potential for significant impacts to the environment is anticipated.
