This project entails installing 38 new stobbards in front of the historic Vineyard Schoolhouse near the intersection of Upper Ranch Road and Cienega Road. The purpose of the stobbards is to project the schoolhouse from vehicular caused damage. Thirty-eight holes 10X10X24 inches will be dug for the stobbards.
