Document Description
This project consists of installing a new shower Building in the Upper Ranch. There are no shower facilities in any of the three campground areas in the Upper Ranch. The new shower building would be installed next to the existing restroom building in the Obstacle Course campground. The water and sewer system for the new shower will be hooked-up to the existing water and septic tank used by the restroom building. Trenching to connect the sewer and water lines to the existing system would be 24" wide by 3' deep and about 20' long. The capacity of the existing system is large enough to handle the additional facility. The new propane system for the water heater would be installed to the south of the new building with a 500-gallon tank, with enclosure. Trenching for underground connections to the shower from the propane tank would be 24" wide by 3' deep and about 20' long. In addition, two concrete handicap parking stalls would be incorported next to the buildings (one east of the shower building, one south of the existing restroom facility). Existing restroom and new shower building will meet ADA requirements.
