This project establishes a disposal site for Maintenance to use for routine maintenance operations or minor slides. The site is located in Tehama County or Route 32 on Windy Point, PM 10.79. No cultural or sensitive biological resources will be affected. No new ROW is required. Specific erosion control provisions will be implemented when using the site.
