Document Description
In Shasta County at Redding, this project proposes to install a traffic monitoring station, at PM 27.0, to monitor eastbound traffic existing at Old Oregon Trail. A changeable message sign (CMS) will be installed approximately two miles to the west (PM 25.1) to warn motorists of congestion problems ahead. All work will be in existing Right-of-Way. Trenching for new power and telephone cables will be conducted at both locations.
