Reasons for Exemption
The minor Master Plan Revision is exempt because the Trustees have determined that a minor Master Plan Revision is not a discretionary project, rather a ministerial action delegated to the Senoir Direct of CPDC. In addition, this project meets the general meets the general rule for a "common sense exemption" in that "it can be seen with certainly that there is no possibility that the activity in question may have a significant effect on the environment".
