Document Description
This project consists of the transfer of limited control and jurisdiction of real property interests encompassing the westerly 60+/- acres of the Sonoma Development Center, Department of Development Services, to the Department of Parks and Recreation (DPR) in order to maintain the open space character of the area. The conveyance is intended to be easement interests for a multipurpose trail (pedestrian, bicycle, and equestrian uses.) DPR will prepare an appropriate level environmental document document for the trail project prior to implementation of any trail use.
