The project is the California Department of Fish and Game's (CDFG) issuance of an Agreement regarding proposed stram alteration to David Delrahim ("applicant) in conjunction with the applicant's proposal to construct a 5 ft. by 5 ft. concrete box storm drain, permanently impacting 0.15 acre of wetland. The box storm drain will replace the existing v-ditch and will connect existing storm drains upstream and downstream of the property.
