AT&T proposes in relocate the existing conduit and fiber optic cable (FOC) installed in 2001, and complete installation of the new facilities by rerouting the cable alignment outside of the footprint of Caltrans' proposed new bridge structure. The proposed reroute would be approximately 360 feet in length and approximately 120 feet of the reroute would be located under existing riparian areas within Dry Creek. SAA #1600-2003-5129-3
