Document Description
The applicant proposes to install fiber optic cable from the Manchester Radio Facility to the Dunnigan Radio Facility, with a spur route to be constructed from the Cloverdale Radio Facility to Santa Rosa. The proposed fiber optic route will cross 8 drainages in Mendocino County. Drainage crossings will be made by using existing conduit, and with a variety of boring and trenching methods. The CDFG is executing three Lake and SAA: 1) R3-2000-0649 and 0650, 2) R3-2000-0507, and 3) R3-2000-0564 pursuant to section 1601 of the FGC to the project applicant, Kevin Lorenzini / AT&T Corporation.
