Document Description
Water Rights Applications 30513 and 30514 are for the same Place of Use and use the same Point of Diversion, an offset well on an Unnamed Stream tributary to Sage Creek, thence Conn Creek, thence Napa River. The diversion works and offstream storage reservoir were completed and in use by 1978. Application 30513 is for direct diversion of up to 30 acre-feet (AF) of water between April 1 and May 15 of each year at a maximum rate of 1 cubic foot per second (cfs). The water would be used for frost control on 70 acres of wine grapes. Application 30514 is for diversion to offstream storage of up to 30 AF of water from December 15 of each year to March 31 of the succeeding year. The water would be used for irrigation and frost protection on 70 acres of wine grapes.
