The California Department of Fish and Game is executing a Lake or Streambed Alteration Agreement number 2004-0327-2 pursuant to the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Meritage Homes of California. Construct an arch bridge culvert over Markham Ravine and three outfalls into Markham Ravine. Lead agency prepared an EIR for entire subdivision including residential, school, and commercial property, and open space. The agreement and this notice pertain only to the work noted above.
