Document Description
The proposed project would remove (demolition or relocation) almost all of the existing buildings on the block and construct a 12,151 square feet church (550 seats), 1,390 square feet chapel (56 seats), and related facilities; a private school (K-3, 128 students); and 32 du for seniors. The proposed church dome would be approximately 85 feet high. A 222-space parking garage would be constructed approximately 5-7 feet below grade underneath the majority of the site.
