Document Description
The City of San Jose is constructing a 4 million gallon steel tank for municipal water use near Fowler Road. The storm water from the paved area around the tank will be collected and carried in an 18-inch corrugated metal pipe 60 feet down to Fowler Creek. The end of the pipe will be above the 100 year flood level to prevent obstruction. The erosion control will be sacked concrete that is required by Santa Clara Valley Water District. The California Department of Fish and Game is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement Number R3-2001-0775 pursuant to Section 1601 of the Fish and Game Code to the project operator, Tim Town/City of San Jose.
